Armin is an American-born German-Filipino with a master's degree in Applied Mathematics & Scientific Computing and an interest in international development.

He currently works for a U.S. federal scientific agency developing data analysis methods and scientific software. In his spare time, he enjoys combining his interest in international development and skills in software engineering, project management, and web design by participating in volunteer efforts through UNV. As part of his work for UNV-Philippines, he has developed a National UNV Online Application System and a Volunteer Statistics Application.

He also enjoys indie rock, traveling the world, and trying to teach his wife German.

Chongomweru Halimu Kassim, is a Ugandan Citizen, self-motivated and hard working IT professional with more than 3 years experience in website development and systems administration.

He holds a Bachelors degree in IT and a certificate in Software development, he is a competent young entrepreneur who owns an ICT company in Uganda- ITL (Intel Technologies Uganda Limited) that specializes in web design and software development.
He is one of the top website developers in the country, he has worked on a number of projects, and despite of all that, he is a committed online volunteer, he likes travelling to do voluntary work.

Theresa Munanga - Online Volunteer Editing/Proofreading

Theresa currently works as an Information Technology Specialist for the US Department of Justice. She has an Associates degree in Computer Programming & Network Management and is working on a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Writing & Technical Communications.

Theresa's two main passions in life are computer programming and volunteering. She served three years in Kenya as a Peace Corps Volunteer where, in addition to teaching computers to college students and conducting workshops on HIV/AIDS and entrepreneurship, she created a free comprehensive software program that teaches students computer skills in informal classroom settings. She currently is a volunteer webmaster for an autism organization in the US and performs other international computer and technical writing volunteer work when she can.
